Alison has 20 years as a fitness professional and offers 3 x 1-2-1 online yoga sessions developed specifically for you, your body, and things you want to address for midlife and beyond.
Alison can focus on breath work, strengthening, pelvic floor and some cardiovascular HIIT yoga. A pre session questionnaire will help Alison develop the classes for you and provide you opportunity to get what you need.
