Midst Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING
As a small business, we offer standard shipping for £4.39, with an estimated delivery of 4-5 business days. And free shipping for purchases over £75.
Currently we only ship in the UK and don’t offer any EU or international shipping.
Please review and confirm your address is accurate and complete prior to placing your order. Midst can not take responsibility for addresses incorrectly entered at checkout. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, please send an email to care@themidst.co.uk and we’ll see if we can amend. If not, we recommend contacting the delivery partner directly once you have received your tracking information to intercept, or reroute your order.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund for items returned within 30 days of delivery, please contact care@themidst.co.uk to request a refund and let us know of any issues with the product. For hygiene, health and safety reasons some products are not eligible to be returned, unless faulty. Items that are not eligible to be returned include, but are not limited to: products where the seal has been removed, broken or tampered with, sex toys, intimate apparel or intimate play items which have been opened or partially used.
All items must be returned in a saleable condition, unopened, with original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable, where the item has been opened, the hygiene seal broken or the item used.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
